We are a craft butchery located in the heart of Redwood city and the mid-peninsula, on 810 Main Street. We feature all-natural and sustainably-raised meats and specialty products. We also offer house-made ready to serve specialties like Boeuf Bourguignon (beef Burgundy).
We focus on sourcing our meats from local farms that put sustainability and humane practices at the top of their priorities. The farms we support are also focused on empowering farmers, conserving our landscapes and restoring the vitality of the foodshed and its inhabitants. By sourcing from local farms, we decrease the number of hands our product passes through and can ensure you are feeding your family quality meat.
