How - To Mercato
We’ve been hearing from some of you that it’s a bit tricky to navigate our shopping platform on Mercato. So! We’ve created an easy guide on how to place an order for delivery OR pickup through Mercato.com from your desktop (mobile help coming soon!). If you have questions on how to add “notes” to your order, please see step 6.
There are of course, many different paths to place an order, or find our store on Mercato.com — this guide is just one way. If Mercato.com does not look like the screens below - please view the video at the end of this post for a different experience.
Navigate to Mercato.com
In the upper right corner, tap on the “+My Account” button.
3. From here, fill out your first and last name to create a new account.
4. Please enter your zip code. If you are outside our delivery zone but would like to pickup, you may enter the zip code for the shop instead.
5. Search for Gambrel and Co, and click “Shop” when it appears in search. You will be directed to our store page!
6. From here, add items to your cart to heart’s desire. If you want to add notes to items in your cart, tap on the basket icon in the upper right to open the “cart drawer”.
7. From here, tap on the “Preferences” link to add in custom notes for each individual item.
8. From the cart drawer (shopping basket icon), click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill out the required fields. From here you can choose to either pick up (tap “I’ll pick it up!”) or enter your address for delivery.
Please Note: We are not able to accommodate same day orders. The soonest delivery/pickup available will be the following day, unless placing an order on Sunday - then the next available delivery or pickup will be Tuesday, due to our Monday closures.
9. Once your payment information is entered, tap “Place my Order” and you’re all set! You will receive a text and/or an email when your order is ready!
